MDF Sheets
Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product that is made from broken down hardwood or softwood residuals. These wood fibres are combined with wax and synthetic resins and then compressed under high temperature to form the board shape.
MDF sheets are typically denser than plywood and have many uses such as flooring, furniture making and soundproofing. Our MDF sheets are separated into 3 categories:
Standard MDF
Our Standard MDF boards are incredibly versatile and ideal for woodwork and carpentry projects. They have a smooth surface that is easy to paint, lacquer or veneer to your liking.
Moisture Resistant MDF
Our Moisture Resistant MDF boards are ideal for use in places of high humidity such as bathrooms. The boards contain a moisture repellant resin that prevents rising damp and rot.
Decorative MDF
Our Decorative MDF boards come complete with a selection of colours and finishes to suit your requirements. These include bead & butt MDF and veneered oak and white oak options.
Our MDF is Chain of Custody certified.
